We are working with a leading Children's Specialist Hospital in Dubai to recruit a Paediatric Operating Room Manager.

This role is responsible for the overall management and operations of the paediatric operating room (OR). This includes overseeing staff, scheduling surgeries, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimising workflow to provide high-quality care for paediatric patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of paediatric surgical procedures, and a commitment to patient safety.

Other Responsibilities include

• Staff Management
• Develop and implement a robust surgical scheduling system to optimise OR usage
• Co-ordinate with Surgeons, Anaesthetists and other departments to schedule cases
• Quality Assurance and Safety
• Facility and Financial Management

Interested applicants will need a BSc in Nursing, a valid nursing registration in your home country and over 5 years experience in Paediatric Operating Room Management.
